Website policy
Rules and limitations that apply when using the Moses Auto Sales website.
Last updated August 25, 2026
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
You may use this website to review dealership information, browse inventory, request services, submit genuine questions, and contact Moses Auto Sales. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to misuse its forms or data.
Browsing a vehicle, calculating a payment, submitting an application, or requesting a reservation does not by itself create a sale, financing agreement, rental, service order, or other binding transaction. Final transactions require dealership confirmation and applicable signed documents.
You are responsible for information and reviews you submit. Do not post confidential information, unlawful content, threats, impersonation, spam, or material that violates another person's rights. Moses Auto Sales may moderate or remove content that violates these standards.
This website may link to maps, vehicle-history resources, lenders, payment services, or other third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee the accuracy, security, availability, or performance of a third-party service.
Moses Auto Sales may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website error will be corrected immediately.
Information submitted through this website is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Financing and other sensitive information should be submitted only through forms specifically provided for that purpose.
These terms may be updated as dealership services or website features change. The updated date shown above identifies the current version.
Contact Moses Auto Sales at (602) 730-9351 or visit 2955 W Osborn Road, Phoenix, AZ 85017 with questions about these terms.
