All website requests
A website submission is an inquiry for follow-up unless a separate signed agreement expressly says otherwise. You confirm that submitted information is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. Moses Auto Sales may contact you about the request using the contact method you provide. Marketing messages require any additional consent required by law.
Vehicle sales, quotes, reservations, test drives, and delivery
Online inventory, availability, pricing, estimated payments, delivery information, and vehicle details can change and must be verified. A submission does not create a sale, hold a vehicle, guarantee delivery, or establish a final out-the-door price. A transaction becomes binding only through the applicable final documents signed by authorized parties.
Financing requests
Submitting an interest form does not guarantee approval, a lender, rate, term, or payment. Lenders make credit decisions and may provide separate notices and authorizations. Never place Social Security numbers, bank or card details, passwords, or identity-document numbers in a general inquiry form.
Trade-ins and appraisals
Online values are preliminary estimates, not guaranteed purchase offers. Final value depends on physical inspection and verification of title, ownership, liens, mileage, equipment, condition, history, and applicable documents.
Rentals
A request is not a confirmed reservation. Vehicle availability, identity and license requirements, eligible drivers, age restrictions, insurance or protection, deposits, mileage, fuel or charging, fees, prohibited uses, geographic limits, pickup and return condition, incidents, tolls, and cancellation rules must be confirmed in a separate rental agreement before payment or possession. A text-message code confirms control of a phone number only; it is not proof of identity, age, licensing, or eligibility. Call the dealership before making any online rental payment.
Service, collision repair, and parts
Requests are not final estimates, diagnoses, repair authorizations, or orders. Price, parts fitment, availability, timing, warranty, and additional work require separate confirmation and authorization.
Electronic records and payments
You agree to receive this website submission and related records electronically. If you choose an electronic payment, you agree to use only a secure payment page authorized by Moses Auto Sales. Submitting an inquiry or rental request does not itself authorize or process a payment. The linked policies are available to open, save, and print. You may stop and contact the dealership instead if you do not want to transact electronically.
Consumer rights and governing documents
Nothing here waives a right that cannot legally be waived or replaces disclosures and signed documents required by law. If these website terms conflict with a later signed purchase, financing, repair, or rental agreement, the signed transaction document controls to the extent permitted by law.
Security and fraud prevention
Do not send payment credentials, passwords, or highly sensitive identity information through chat or general forms. Use only payment links on derycars.com that lead to the dealership’s authorized payment provider, and verify unexpected instructions by calling the dealership.
