Questions about rentals and vehicle purchases

Choose an available rental vehicle, enter your requested pickup and return dates, and submit the reservation form. A request is not final until Moses Auto Sales confirms the vehicle, price, eligibility, and pickup arrangements.

Bring a valid, unexpired driver’s license and any identification, payment method, and insurance evidence requested during confirmation. The person named on the reservation must complete the rental agreement.

Age and license requirements depend on the vehicle, insurer requirements, and applicable law. We confirm eligibility before pickup and may apply additional conditions for younger drivers.

A refundable security deposit may be required. The amount depends on the vehicle, rental length, payment method, and risk review. Your confirmed quote and agreement will show the amount and release conditions.

Available payment methods and any additional verification requirements are confirmed before pickup. The payment method must belong to the approved renter unless Moses Auto Sales authorizes another arrangement.

Only drivers listed and approved in the signed rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Each additional driver may need to provide a valid license and satisfy the same eligibility requirements.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on vehicle availability and may change the rate, taxes, deposit, or total. Any cancellation or refund terms shown in your confirmed agreement control.

Request an extension before the scheduled return time. An extension is valid only after we approve it and any additional rental amount or deposit requirement is completed.

Contact us immediately. Additional time, late-return charges, and other consequences are handled under your signed rental agreement. An unapproved late return may also delay another customer’s reservation.

Return the vehicle at the fuel level stated on the pickup record unless your agreement provides a different option. Fuel shortages may result in a refueling charge disclosed in the agreement.

The confirmed reservation and rental agreement state the included mileage, if any, and the charge for additional miles. Ask us before pickup if you expect a long trip.

Travel boundaries depend on the vehicle, insurance, and rental agreement. Obtain written approval before taking a rental outside any permitted area or across an international border.

We may require evidence of coverage that applies to the rental vehicle. Any optional protection product or contractual waiver will be explained separately. Coverage, exclusions, and responsibility are governed by the signed documents—not this FAQ.

When an optional protection or waiver is available, its price and principal terms will be disclosed before acceptance. We will not preselect an optional product for you.

Move to safety when possible, call emergency services when appropriate, and contact Moses Auto Sales promptly. Do not promise payment or admit fault. Collect the other parties’ and witnesses’ information and follow the incident instructions in your agreement.

Notify law enforcement when appropriate and contact us immediately. Your responsibility depends on the rental agreement, the circumstances, applicable coverage, and Arizona law.

Stop in a safe place and contact the roadside or support number supplied with your rental. Do not authorize repairs or towing unless an emergency requires it or Moses Auto Sales approves it.

Yes. Pickup and return records can document mileage, fuel, condition, and photos. Review the pickup record and report any missed condition before leaving.

Yes. You can request dealer follow-up and estimate a payment on our financing page. An estimate is not approval, a credit decision, or a final financing offer.

Yes. Submit a vehicle-value request or call us to arrange an appraisal. Any preliminary value remains subject to inspection, ownership documents, payoff information, and final approval.

Yes. Send a test-drive request with the vehicle, date, and preferred time. We will confirm that the vehicle and a team member are available.

Ask us for the VIN and available history information. History reports can contain gaps, so they should be considered together with an independent inspection and the vehicle disclosures.

Use our Safety & Recall Center or ask our team for help. You will need the complete 17-character VIN, and recall status should be rechecked close to purchase.

Yes. Submit a vehicle request with the make, model, budget, color, and features you prefer. We will contact you if a suitable option becomes available.

You can begin the purchase and delivery process online. Moses Auto Sales must confirm availability, identity, final price, taxes, title, registration, financing, delivery, and signed documents before completion.

Transportation may be arranged for some vehicles and destinations. Delivery price, carrier, timing, registration responsibilities, and final terms must be confirmed before purchase.

An account helps you review rental activity, documents, and updates. Some requests can begin without an account, but identity verification and signed documents may still be required.

When email verification or multi-factor authentication is enabled, we send a one-time code to the account email. Never share a code with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Use the Forgot password link on the customer sign-in page. Repeated unsuccessful attempts trigger a short security wait, and a locked account can be reviewed by support.

After we issue an approved refund, your bank or card provider controls posting time. We can confirm our processing status, but we cannot accelerate your financial institution’s timeline.

We may use the email or phone number you provide for reservation, purchase, safety, payment, or service updates. We will never ask you to send a complete card number, password, or one-time login code by email or chat.
