Driver eligibility
Every driver must be approved before pickup and present a current physical driver's license in their own name. Minimum age, driving-record, payment, and coverage requirements can vary by vehicle. Additional drivers must be listed and approved.
Reservation and confirmation
A website request is not a reservation. The vehicle, dates, rate, deposit, mileage allowance, approved drivers, coverage, pickup, return, and any delivery service must be confirmed by Moses Auto Sales in writing before payment or possession.
Payment and security deposit
The confirmed rental agreement states the amount due, accepted payment method, security deposit, authorization terms, and release process. Electronic payments must use an official Moses Auto Sales Stripe link. Never send card or bank details by form, email, text, or chat.
Coverage and responsibility
Before release, the dealership will explain the coverage documentation required for the selected vehicle. The renter remains responsible for obligations stated in the signed agreement, including loss, damage, misuse, tolls, tickets, and other authorized charges.
Mileage, fuel, and charging
Included mileage and any additional-mile rate are confirmed for each rental. Return gasoline vehicles at the agreed fuel level and electric vehicles at the agreed charge level. Refueling, recharging, or related service charges must be stated in the rental agreement.
Pickup and return inspection
The renter and dealership should document mileage, fuel or charge level, equipment, cleanliness, and existing damage at pickup and return. Report warning lights, damage, accidents, theft, or mechanical concerns promptly and follow the dealership's instructions.
Use of the vehicle
Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Smoking, unlawful use, racing, towing without permission, off-road use, unauthorized commercial use, subleasing, and travel outside approved areas may be prohibited by the signed agreement.
Late return, cleaning, tolls, and tickets
Return the vehicle at the confirmed time and location. Contact the dealership before any delay. Any late-return, cleaning, smoking, pet, toll, ticket, fuel, charging, mileage, damage, or administrative charge must follow the signed rental agreement.
Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
Contact Moses Auto Sales as soon as plans change. Availability, cancellation deadlines, refunds, no-show treatment, extensions, and early returns are governed by the confirmed reservation and signed rental agreement.
Accidents, breakdowns, and emergencies
Protect everyone first and contact emergency services when needed. Notify Moses Auto Sales promptly. Do not authorize repairs or towing unless safety requires immediate action or the dealership gives instructions. Exchange required information and preserve photos and records.
