We will identify the dealership, provide a way to contact us, and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for information we handle. This policy covers our website and requests; your purchase order, lending documents, warranty documents, title paperwork, and Buyers Guide control when they apply to a sale.
Buyer checklist
We collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, vehicle or part interest, appointment details, trade-in details, comments, and the contents of a request. We may also keep records of your interactions with our forms or Codo chat so that we can answer you and prevent misuse of the website.
A VIN can help identify vehicle specifications. It does not by itself prove title condition, ownership, accident history, odometer accuracy, or a vehicle's availability. Those matters require confirmation from the appropriate records, providers, and dealership documents.
We use information to answer your requests; discuss inventory, financing, trade-ins, parts, service, delivery, rentals, or a vehicle search; schedule appointments; send requested status updates; improve site security; and maintain records required by law. We do not sell personal information for money or use it for another company's unrelated advertising.
We share information only as needed to handle your request or meet a legal obligation. This may include secure website, communication, payment, shipping, vehicle-history, or technology providers working for us; a lender or finance source after you authorize a financing request; a transporter after you request delivery; or government, insurance, fraud-prevention, and legal parties when required or appropriate. We do not provide a financing source with an application merely because you browsed our inventory.
A payment estimate or financing-interest request is not a credit approval, loan offer, or purchase contract. If Moses Auto Sales arranges financing or leasing, we will use a designated secure process before collecting information required for a lender decision and will provide any separate privacy notices and choices required for that relationship. Lending decisions are made by the applicable financing source, not by Codo or a website calculator.
General website forms are contact-only. They are designed to reject common Social Security, payment-card, bank-account, password, and identity-document entries before a request is saved. Public order, appraisal, and purchase-status pages require a private reference code and show only a customer's first name—not their phone number, email, street address, financing details, or payment information. Dealer records are available only through the private dealer area.
When this site is published, it must be served over HTTPS and the dealer should use a vetted finance provider's hosted application for any full credit application. Do not send those credentials by text, email, chat, or a general website form.
We may call, email, or text you to respond to a request you make or provide updates you ask for. Marketing messages require your express consent where required. You can ask us to stop marketing emails or texts at any time by using the opt-out method in the message or by calling us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transaction, appointment, safety, or legal notices.
You may ask what contact information we have from a website request, correct it, withdraw an unsubmitted request, or ask us to delete it when we are not required to retain it. To protect you, we may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be kept for transaction, tax, title, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal reasons. We limit access to customer information to people and service providers who need it for their work, and we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect it. No online system is completely risk-free. If a security incident affects covered personal information, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to contain it, and provide notice as required by applicable law, including Arizona's data-breach notification law.
Website listings are shopping information, not the final sales contract. Prices, availability, mileage, condition, title information, warranties, fees, delivery, and financing must be confirmed with the dealership before purchase. Federal rules generally require used-car dealers to display and provide a Buyer's Guide for covered used vehicles; the Guide states whether the vehicle is sold as-is or with a warranty and identifies important warranty information. Review that Guide and your final signed documents carefully.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. External links, including maps, vehicle-history, lender, payment, or government sites, have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those policies before providing information on another site.
